It's even easier when you think of anxiety as just anxiety and not a "disorder" so to speak. We all experience different feelings at different times.
Happiness, sadness, joy, jealously, anger, nervousness, etc.
When you think of it this way, you don't feel like there's something's wrong with you.
Feeling anxiety is just your body's way of telling you that your heart doesn't like your thoughts.
Once you change your thoughts to more positive ones, a nicer feeling will follow.
