I once saw a card that said- "if you have enough faith you can move mountains. What is your mountain?"

This is our mountain and can be cast aside if only we have the faith. After all, we have all been led here to this group and program. Now it's time to take charge and say "This is my life and I will not let anxiety and depression run it!"

Remember- just the faith of the size of a mustard seed........
