luvlife; I know what you mean Bi-Polar, was called Manic Depression just 35 years ago. The definition of words have changed over the years, I have even read in a study bible that Jesus was known as the man of sorrows and the narrative suggested Jesus had Depression. Well He did, he suffered everything we do. and Paul, was obviously a type A personality. hot headed, and kind of a bully, the old "My way of the Highway" we all have some of all of mans frailties, and Jesus suffered them all too. it is all part of the fall of mankind from the grace of God. but God sacrificed Jesus with all our failures 'we are none of us, any surprise to God. but as He told Paul "My Grace is sufficient for you" thanks to Jesus, we have the promise, that we are the Righteousness, through Christ". Christians are not sinless, but we do sin less, and less, as we walk our valley every day, and make better choices.
God does not condemn us for our sins, He convicts us with them, so we can learn to do better, and accept his unconditional Love. "Casting all our cares on Him" is a key to true happiness, and that truth will set us free
AbundantLiving you are so rite;
I am not anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, I present my requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guards my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6-7
I cast the whole of my care [all my anxieties, all my worries, all my concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for me affectionately and cares about me watchfully. - Peter 5;7
God Loves us so much He sacrificed his son for our salvation, but the other side of that is we have to love ourselves enough to receive that kind of Love,

Cheri keep looking up 8^)

Everything always works out in the end, if it's not, then it's not THE END 'Never allow someone to be your Priority while allowing yourself to be their Option'. "What you are is God's gift to you and what you do with what you are is your gift to God" We are just too Blessed to be Stressed!!! May Grace and Mercy be multiplied to you.

Abraham Lincoln suffered from horrific depression. At one point he said that he thinks he was the most miserable person in the world. I think Abraham Lincoln was quite a good noble man in the eyes of God. For someone to say that your condition is the result of sin sounds like a rash judgement without any basis. No human being can make a statement and say that because you are suffering like that it is the result of sin. I don't think Abraham Lincoln was depressed because of sin and he was one of the greatest if not the greatest president ever in many people's opinion. Obviously God is the only one that can deliver us from our illnesses whatever they may be.
But when people judge a mental illness like that they often have not walked in the other person's shoe's and have no basis for saying such things. God know's you better than anybody else does. I wish you well. And hope that Jesus heals you of your suffering. Ask him for His help and he will heal you one day. Maybe sooner, maybe later. Somebody once told me that God's time is not our time. A healing can come in an instant or it could take a while. For me it is taking a while. I hope that one day Jesus heals me of this. I too am suffering terribly and have been for the last 17 months. Always remember you are not alone even if it might seem that way. I hope you get well.
