Hi, I am up at 1 am with insomnia. I have felt shaky and on edge all day with heart palpitations off and on. Please pray I will be able to sleep. I have been weaning off of 5-htp and my dr. wants me to pick it back up again - may be why I am keyed up? Thanks for the prayer support.

I am sure it is the weaning which is taking your sleep away!!! I pray you are not weaning too fast or too soon!!! I will be honored to pray for you Ms. Hopeful!!!
