Hello Everyone,
I feel a leading by the "HOLY SPIRIT" to write on this matter this morning!!!

First of all, I need for all of you to know that I suffered from agoraphobia, severe panic attacks and anxiety, accompanied by depression for 21 years of my life!!!

This condition is soooo very painful, and the Good Lord has laid it on my heart to talk to all of you concerning this condition!!!

First of all, I need for each and every one of you to understand that there really is NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU!!!

Each of you are scaring your own selves by believing the negative thoughts that pop into you head daily!!! YOU ARE THE ONES WHO ARE FEEDING THE FEAR BY BELIEVING THESE UNTRUTHFUL THOUGHTS, WHICH, POP INTO YOUR MIND!!!

Please understand that if you would just look straight to Jesus and ask HIM to increase your faith and "just be still and listen to His quiet still voice" and to listen to what HE HAS TO SAY ABOUT FEAR, THEN, HE WOULD TEACH YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT THESE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WHICH ARE HAUNTING YOU DAILY!!!!

Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Jesus is our Counsellor and our teacher!!! We must mediate upon HIS WORD, pray for HIM to teach us these things, THEN WE MUST BE QUIET AND LISTEN TO WHAT HE HAS TO SAY CONCERNING THESE THINGS!!!

It is not God's will that anyone should suffer in this matter!!! Trust me on this one!!! God wants to deliver us, but, we first must be "still" and "quiet" so, we can hear HIS "Soft Still Voice"

I think that so many of us get caught up in looking for others for answers, that we forget that Jesus has all the answers to every problem we face in this life!!!

We can find these answers through prayer, The Word of God, then, we must ask HIM to teach us how to overcome these things!!! We must be "quiet and "still" so, we can hear what HE has to say concerning these matters!!!

He is the "ONLY ONE" who can truly help and deliver us out of these things!!!

Psalms 34:19..Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

Psalm 34:4 I sought the LORD, and He answered me, And delivered me from all my fears.

Psalm 34:6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him And saved him out of all his troubles.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

We must come to him boldly with that child-like faith and as humble as a little child, then, He will in no likewise cast us out!!!

Think of your own child!!! If you had it within your power to deliver your child from fear, then, I am sure you would do just that!!!

Remember, our Heavenly Father loves us more than we do our very own children and that is soooo difficult to imagine!!! And HE does have the power to deliver us from our fears!!!

Think about this....First our child would need to ask us for help, since, we would not want to impose upon him/her!!!

Next, if our child never was not silent, then, he/she could not even hear what we had to say!!!

Then, our child would need to listen to us (as parents) and follow our advice!!!

Of course, our child would believe us and be humble, since, it is our little child, and does have that "childlike" faith!!!

Of course, we would instruct our child on how to overcome any type of fear, difficulty, or situation, and through it's simple childlike faith and "trust" in us, it would go about it's day "secure" in the knowledge that it is safe, secure and would not even think upon these matters anymore, since, it would trust that it's parents have taken excellent care of the situation!!!

We must approach our Heavenly Father in this very same manner to see "miracles" happen in our lives!!!

If this just helps one person on this forum to overcome the "obstacles" in their lives, then, it was well worth me typing all of this out!!!

thank u for posting this it really got me to thinking tonite how i need to put things in gods hands i try to fix everything myself. I think the reason i try to fix everything myself is because i dont have enough faith. Seems like i pray sometimes and it gose no where. When u pray please remember me. I really need the Lords help I go threw so much. I just need alot of prayer. I use to go to church all the time but I had to quit because of my anxiety, I would love to be able to go back to church again.

Hall, I am soooo sorry that you are feeling this way!!! Of course, I will pray for you!!! I know how it is to dread going to church because of panic attacks because I have been through that one!!!

hi ms tbones i think its great your so proud to be a christian i am to! I feel as thou us christians suffer the most sometimes because satan is after us. do you have advice on how or maybe what you do in this program that you believe is helping you as a human and child of god?

hi I'm new here. I also know Jesus is my answer. however I tried praying and all sorts of things for about 6 months. I finally had to go on medication. I am too condemning of myself. its a long story but I have trouble loving myself the way God loves me. I have had the scary thoughts and it made me not like myself. I don't know how to really get over that. can you tell me what helped you thru this. I'm new to the forums. I hope this will notify me. I was on here once before and it didn't notify me. I want so much to be pleasing to Jesus and live for Him. thank you. I hope I get to know you more and mebe you can help me too. bless you sister in Jesus.

I pray that you do have the MWC program for panic, anxiety and depression!!! If so, that is a great start!!!

Just pray and ask God to bless the program to help you!!! Make sure to use the tools in the program and by the Grace of God you will be more than an over comer!!!

It is all about trusting the Lord to do as HE promised in the Bible!!! The Bible and prayer are our weapons against the adversary!!!

You was made in the very image of God, so, you have a lot going for you!!! You are very unique in the eyes of our Savior!!! You are a child of the King!!! How much better can it get than that???

You know that God loves you more than you love your very own children and that is difficult to imagine, yet HE does!!!

Try seeing yourself through HIS eyes!!! If you have children, look at your children and what do you see!!!

When I look at my children, I see how very special, unique and loved they are by me!!!
I, also, see much beauty in them because they belong to me, since, God gave them to me!!!

Now, imagine what God sees in you!!! I am sure HE sees much beauty, talent, and every other great descriptive word in the dictionary!!!

What really matters in this life is what God thinks of us!!! I am not a people pleaser, but, I do desire to be a God pleaser!!!

I guess I'd just like an instant healing. I respect you for how you have been healed thru
the Lord and perseverance.

also and learning so much from the word.
The Spirit gave me Acts 10:38 last nite.

I'm having trouble with this program because
I have the panic over doing anything new.
I know the Lord has done some great things
in my life during this time. He is making
me new. I just don't know why I can't give
total trust to the Lord --especially when

God blessed me with the MWC program!!! I prayed before using the program and by the Grace of God, I overcame the agoraphobia and panic attacks!!!

Yes, I do know lots of scripture!!! I do use these scriptures against the adversary (Satan)

I, also, pray a whole lot!!! Prayer is also a mighty weapon and God is soooo faithful to answer our prayers!!!

I did not overcome the agoraphobia and panic attacks overnight!!! I had to do the program and use the tools in it to overcome these things!!!

I do give God all the credit, since, HE blessed me with the program and I am sure that without HIM, then, I would probably have slid back into that "fearful" world again, by now!!!

It is all a matter of giving all of your cares, anxieties and depressions to God!!!

I guess I am not fully grasping your question, but, I pray this helped to answer this question in some way!!!

BTW: I wanted an instant healing, myself!!! I prayed for an instant healing also!!! We must get up and do things to help ourselves!!! God gives us the knowledge to do just that!!!

I have seen no magic pill or cure for panic attacks and depression!!! You must be willing to do the program and trust God in all things!!!

Do the program and pray for complete healing from those panic, anxiety attacks and depression!!!

I pray this helped you further to understand where I am coming from!!!

thank you for your help and especially your prayers. I've found that one of the best things for me is to get out and help others, to keep busy. I have alot of self esteem problems also. I haven't had much time to work on the program and it makes me scared to do the program but I'm going to tackle it with God's help. I believe that as I grow closer to the Lord and His love it will greatly help. I had the OCD thoughts when first taking xanax and they stuck w/me. the OCD scary thoughts cause me to panic alot. I'm improving, as I can now go most places and not have the panic. mostly its in doing "new" things now and sometimes it just comes with the hot nerve endings, which I can more n more ignore and Trust God. I'm a writer and also my church friends tell me just to fight the devil and this stuff will go away. I did that for about 6months and it didn't help much. I'm not sure if the devil is in on this or not? what is your experience about this? is the enemy using these things against us as Believers? God bless you for being here for us and helping many of us.

Yes Pam...Satan exploits every weakness we have.

He is the one who introduced you to fear. He is the one that orchestrates the events that wounds us. He creeps into our thoughts and we do not even recognize them as his thoughts.

He is the father of lies. Surely you have read this in your bible.

This is why it is so important to replace his thoughts with God's thoughts.

Lesson # 2 is a great way to develop the ability to recognize when this happens. You are to write down your negative thought; then you write an opposing positive statement. In a very short time, you will begin to see the difference. You will even become addicted to this more positive way of thinking because it empowers you!

You also can use the 800 number that comes with the program. It is especially for people who are having trouble starting the program. They understand better than anyone about your anxiety. Their staff have had excellent training and have recovered themselves from what you are going through now! Be very kind to yourself and give them a call. You will be so glad you did!

I am reposting an essay written by one of the Christian sisters with MWC:

Prescription for a Sound Mind:

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind! (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJ)

Prepare for Battle
As you begin to reclaim your mind and thought life from the enemy, know that he won’t easily give up the place that he’s had. You will have to do battle against his lies and confusion. You must declare out loud that you will not allow any outside force to do your thinking—man or spirit. There are spiritual laws that demons must obey. They can’t stay when you’ve commanded them to leave. Your power and authority come from the name of Jesus, the blood of Jesus, and the Word of God. Ask God to give you discernment about the lies of the devil.

Think About What You’re Thinking About
As you recognize a thought that is a lie, always defend yourself out loud. This means speaking to Satan and the evil forces out loud, binding them in the name of Jesus, and forbidding them to lie to you and use your mind as their playground. As you continue to use this prescription regularly, you’ll regain your peace, your memory, restful nights, and the ability to concentrate and comprehend.

Stand Firm—You’re Not Alone
You are in a battle that all of God’s children fight (see Ephesians 6:12). Make up your mind not to give up! According to Colossians 3:2, set your mind on things above and keep it set! As you begin this battle, things may seem to get worse before they get better. This is because the demonic powers are fighting to keep their place. Call upon God’s grace in the name of Jesus, and He will give you the power of the Holy Spirit to completely overcome every evil tendency.

Don’t Give Up!
Remember, regaining your mind is a process. We all fail at one time or another. God knows our weaknesses; that’s why He gave us 1 John 1:9. Just ask for forgiveness and envision the blood of Jesus washing away your sin. Continue claiming that your mind belongs to you, and with Jesus’ help you will be victorious.

When you hear a lie going through your mind, say out loud:

“Satan, you are a liar. I will not receive (or believe) your lie in the name of Jesus” (see 2 Corinthians 10:5). “I remind you that it is written, …He who lives in [me] is greater (mightier) than he who is in the world. I command you to bow your knee to the name of Jesus and leave me” (see 1 John 4:4).

You have now pulled the lie out—just as you pull a weed out of the ground. But an empty hole remains where the weed once was. You must fill that space with Scripture. Begin to meditate on God’s Word or sing a praise song to God. Whatever it is you choose to do, make a conscious effort to fill your mind with good, pure, wholesome and lovely thoughts (see Philippians 4:8).
