Hi! My pastor has asked me to share in church about how God has helped me overcome theis anxiety and depression. It is so exciting to see good coming out of all the pain I had, and I am so thankful. I hope that what i say will help the many others who are struggling. I would appreciate your prayers as i prepare, it will be in 2 weeks and I have 5-8 minutes to talk.

i read your post and kept you in mind - sorry i didn't reply earliar but when you get a chance could you let us know how it went - it would be difficult for all to understand anxiety in a matter of a few minutes but i'm sure it helped some or God wouldn't have given you this opportunity - God bless
