Fairlight, thank you for sharing this website, I took a look(didn't listen to it yet as it's pretty late now) and from what I've seen so far, I'm excited to listen. I love to hear biblical aspects of this condition. Just proves that God knows our hurts, shortcomings and insecurities and he wants us to get better. He's such a Wonderful Father!!!

There is a good radio program going on it's second and final day by then name of Focus On The Family. It airs four times a day in my area but of course you can listen Online. Yesterday and today's topic was Anxiety and Depression. Focus On The Family is not just a radio program but they have a campus in Colorado with Ministers and Counselors that answer the phones and can give or recommend resources for almost anything in your local area.
