Has anyone here ever done astral travel or projection?

I have'nt done it but I'm interested. Do you know how?

I seem to have done it accidentally in my sleep..me and my boyfriend share our dreams when we wake up and sometimes they are exactly the same..at that point we feel we've astral travelled or projected..i've tried it in the wakend state but if you're really anxious about that in particular you may get yanked back...that's why I never went through with it..in my sleep i dont realize i'm doing it till i wake up...sometimes i wake up with bruises that coulda come from no where else right after it happened. Me and my boyfriend just had a experience where we were both watching a lightning storm at night through a window (we love storms we wanna storm chase) and we both saw gold colored lightning which neither of us usually sees and a rumble of thunder was so loud it hurt his ears...we remembered this when we woke up....but when i intentionally try while i'm awake i tend to lose my nerve once the sensation comes of going into the astral...but i f you are interested there is this link
