I've been posting about my sister's brain tumor diagnosis on the main board and today she got good news about the severity of the situation fronm her surgeon and it looks like it is actually a cyst that can be removed by going thru her nose with minimal risk to the brain itself. So, a big sigh of relief on our end, and a big THANK YOU to all who kept her in her prayers. One thing we can truly say: GOD ANSWERS PRAYER!! I promise. (I have been trying to remember this poem I used to have on my mirror about giving your problems to God and when you think he doesn't answer. The end goes something like this, "My child, what could I do? You never did let go." And that was God's answer to the person who worried about why his prayers weren't being answered. If anyone knows the one I am thinking of, please remind me!) Anyway, thanks again, and PRAISE THE LORD!!

I'm sorry I am not familiar with the poem you are thinking of. However, what you wrote brings to my mind Psalms 65:2; 66:19.
"O Hearer of prayer, even to you people of all flesh will come." And, "Truly God has heard; He paid attention to the voice of my prayer."

I appreciate that the entire scriptures tesitfy that is to Jehovah God that we should direct our prayers. (Ps. 5:1, 2; Mt 6:9).
