Are you doing the program? If so, what Session are you on?

I just got the package and have listened to all the coaching dvd's and the four intro cd's but i haven't started session one yet. I don't know if I'm going to keep the program b/c of the price. I really can't afford $500. I didn't think they were going to send me the whole program. I thought it would be just one cd like they advertised on t.v.

I can tell you that this does work. I bought the program nearly 10 years ago for severe anxiety and panic attacks. After two weeks I had the ability to work through a panic attack and felt so much better that I slacked and never finished it.

I recently bought the program again in order to upgrade from cassettes to cd's and because I am now dealing with depression (something I never had before).

It is a bit pricy, but definitely worth the investment. The payment plan is really a good option.

Best of luck with your journey.

This really is a great program. It will take some time though - you've been dealing with this for many years, so it will take time to re-program your thoughts. When I first got the program I was really tempted to watch all the DVDs at once to be sure it was right for me. I found that it doesn't work that way. I need to allow myself time to process the message, listen to the group discussions, do the homework and journal. It is worth it - just be patient.
Blessings!!

So did you just do Session 1 and Session 2 before you stopped and that was all you needed to get free? Maybe I can do that before my free trial ends.

Yes it works. Just have to keep at it. That seems to be the hardest thing to do. I have had it for Aug. 2006(?) and I'm still plugging away at it. I wouldn't set aside a time to listen or do it.I think I'm up to lesson 12. I'm currently unemployed and have no reason to finish it but I will come up with some lousy excuses. It's usually " I'll do it tomorrow." And as the saying goes, Tomorrow never comes. But hang in there. There is no set limit of time that you must finish it by. Work at your own pace. Go back and listen to lessons over a couple of times if they relate to what is going on with you. I find the conversations make me feel better because it is what I've been going through and I find it is pretty normal and then there are the tools to fix the problem. Changing your mindset.Other things that can help. I went off sugar and coffee and that seemed to have an effect on my thought processes. Different things will help different people. Just have to go through all the material and see what works for you. We are all different.Good Luck. Keep the FAITH!
