I have been on week 3 for nearly 2 1/2 weeks. It's like I have a mental block and I don't understand why. I have the notebook to write down my thoughts yet I don't do it. I did week one and two okay and now I am stuck and don't know how to get unstuck. Any advie would be great. Thanks,

Tara, this is the hardest part for me as well. We cant write down our thoughts 100% of the time like when we're driving or working. We have to get tuned into our thoughts and notice them. We've done this for so long that they feel natural and we dont even notice them. You can think of at least one or two negative thoughts.. Just write down some thoughts in general and then see if they are negative....
