Hey,

I would review and go back to the parts you feel you need work in.

Yes, of course. In fact, it's good to review frequently to keep the program fresh in your mind all the time. It's easy for the ego thinking mind to try to give you a tough time. But if you keep the tools fresh in your mind and continually work on observation, it will become second nature to you. You are creating a new way of thinking. You're not just taking a course and then letting it go when you have completed it. So keep the tools fresh in your mind. Practice observing your thoughts and feelings instead of reacting to them. You'll create a new habit that is strong in foundation and will work for you without much effort.

Make soothing self talk the only way you talk to yourself from now on.

My best to you.

krw,

I am also thinking of repeating the program. There are still areas that I need to work on. I also think that as the book and tapes say that this will not happen overnight. We need to remind ourselves constantly that we need to work to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. I have improved significantly and I want to improve more.

Keep up the good work and eventually it will pay off.
