I've just confronted what I have just figured out is my biggest fear: confrontation. Kinda ironic isn't it.

After an incident, I wanted to go back and talk to the guy at the office I had the incident with, but the more I thought about it, tried doing it, even walked to his office to talk, I would get terrified, scared, begin to shake and walk past. Doubled with the fact that half the time when I got up the courage to try, he wasn't there or was busy.

FInally I did it and all went great. That took over a week of anguish. All of the gutwrenching about trying to do it was worse than the actual incident.

Does this get easy? It's very hard for me. The hardest thing for me.

But you did it!!! And you faced your fear! that's what we have to do. Instead of be scared of it and let it control you, you took control and that's how WE have to conquer this. By doing it anyway!

Like that song by Martina McBride "Anyway"

Big Grin
