Hi,
Just started Session 15 and I find that I still sometimes have obsessive/scary thoughts. What can I do about them? They seem to be concerning the same subject and individual. Any suggestions on this? I try to have them only from 11:30PM to 11:45PM. Thanks. Georgie |

Can I just ask you, how do you get that to work?
I try to put up the Stop-sign, I try to say to myself that I just have an hour to think about a scary thought but if you don't know what you are scared of? What do you do then? The obsessive thoughts is still something I struggle with and I keep telling myself that this is a bad habit that needs to be broken. In time this will go away to. Stay calm and don't overreact. It does not always work but I have hopes that it will get better in time. Regards Didde |

Didde,
I just set the time aside to have whatever obsessive/scary thoughts I am going to have. If they happen at other times, I just say to myself, "I can only have these thoughts between 11:30 to 11:45PM." I have found that this works at least 90% of the time. Try it for a couple of weeks. Georgie |
