Wow, you are almost done with this round. I went through the program 3 times...not bec. I'm slow (well maybe Smiler), but in lesson 15 you'll hear that we recommend a 2 week information vacation and then to do the program at your own pace again. I felt even Better after that second go round (didn't think that was possible)...I heard things I thought I'd never heard before-I heard theprogram with 'recovered' ears! It was great - so you know we/us over doers...I figured if 2 times was so great -I'll do it 3 times. Smiler

I have since discovered that I needed lots of work on lesson 4 so I listen to that whenever I feel the need to refresh. Lesson 14 is a yearly review for me because I think it's a great "check up" to see if I am living what I learned.

Don't be a stranger to the forum...share your wisdom, Carolyn

HI Carolyn!
I've tried to get an answer from my fellow programers what recovery means to them because I think I still have to high expectations for myself. I've finished the program about a year ago and I still don't trust myself about the body feelings. It feels like if I don't work and think about all that I have learned I will get back to where I started. I know in my mind that I won't but how do I stop my thoughts? Now when I know how it feels to really feel good I'm even worse then before when I'm a little down. Do you have any ideas?
