well,
i went to get some natural remedies from my homoepath and they seem to be helping. but on an even happier note i was in a golf tournament today, all day and i was able to eat and survive the day with little worry it felt weird because i forgot about my symptoms and then when i remembered i was expecting them to come. besides finishing with a +7 i was pretty good. being able to hit those balls was a good release. i had a really hard weekend but i had the support around me and it really helped. i didnt want to be around anyone if it was up to me but they helped me by giving me a push. anyways i just wanted to share my day with all of you. and that i think i am going to make it thru this growth spurt and continue to finish my tapes even if i feel better. u know the tournament i was in was in memory of Daryl Sittler's (NHL player) wife, wendy who died of colon cancer in 2001. The speaker said something that made alot of sense and it is it doesnt matter how long u live but what u do with what ever time you are given and that is so true. talk to u soon.

hi,
thanks everyone i am taking it day by day still having some little episodes but not running or at least trying very hard. in regards to the natural remedies i take some thing that helps regulate your adreniline. i mean you still need the coping skills but the tension if off quite a bit i take that morning and nite then there are this little sugar pills, very small granules i take once a day and they calm you rather quickly. these small pills are called plasitillia and the others are adrenal set. not sure if spelling is right and there is no side effects. at first i felt weak taking them but you know what they take the edge off and that helps to give me a little push. Anyways just want you all to know that my body is still recovering from golf i didnt realize the muscles i used that i even had muscles there. hope you had i great weekend. bye Smiler Smiler Smiler

weezie;
i am so proud of you. even though you didn't feel like getting around anyone you did it! congratulations! sometimes we all need that little push. as far as the muscles hurting from finding them,, try getting a small jacuzzi attachment for your tub.(found at most pharmacies,in bathroom section near hairdryers)conair puts out a great one for only maybe $49.00? i have one and it really helps. although you have to make sure not to stay in it for too long. it really helps to relax those aches and pains.it hooks onto the side of the tub, fits most tubs.and is easy to remove when necessary. i love to take the time to set up the bath and surround myself with aroma therapy candles and use a nice lavendar bodywash when i am in there. i hang a do not disturb sign on the door shut off the phone and just soak away so much stress and aches and pains. it even has a relaxing light attached to it so when in the candlelight it gives a light glow to help ease the stress. works for me expecially after a long bikeride. Roll Eyes it helps to spoil yourself whenever necessary. i am looking forward to this weekend as i have a santana concert to go to.(luckily i have balcony seating and easy access to it.) hopefully i can sit and stand when necessary cause i really am looking forward to it but am also a bit anxious about whether or not i can get through that length of time without having pain. a friend suggested some wristbands that have a small device to give small acupuncture like movement to the wrists,(usually used to prevent dissiness and motion sickness on long drives) i will give them a try see if they help.the next day begins a vacation i have to take with my friend and my youngest son. we have plans to bring my son to a great escape carnival grounds. (hoping i can rent a wheelchair cause that includes so much time on my feet) and following is a day at the beach in maine.hopefully. of course my friend has stated he is hoping we can wing it rather than setting anything in stone cause he understands how i get so tired out easily and doesnt want to push me too much. but afterall, this is his vacation.and the first one he has actually invited me and my son troy out with him on in quite sometime. i only hope my energy level is good for that time. yes see, even though i think most of my panic attacks are seased.i am anxious just thinking of these plans. but i have to make good with the time i have,i have so much needed this trip.wish i was making a different one to see my kat in la but gotta do what is available to me for now. wish me luck . and i hope everyone has a pain free, anxious free weekend and week to follow. keep the faith! take care you all.
