I just finished Week 15. There is this weird part of me that is anxious about being done - like I will fill the time I used for the program with more work or other "stuff". Yet, I know I can't ever go back and I still have daily "me time" scheduled. Has anyone else has experienced this?

yes, i finished the program two weeks ago. Thought i would never finish, but finally did. Now i kinda wonder what to do, lol But, i did deciede to reveiw certain lessons when a problem comes up, or i start feeling anxious. congrats on finishing.SmilerNelly

I completed the program 2 weeks ago and I am feeling a bit lost. I must admit I miss the phone calls with my coach, but I am looking forward to starting some studies in chapters I did not complete as well as I wanted.

The last two nights.... I am feeling overwhelmed. I have a few trips for work and am feeling really tired. A part of me just wants to stay home. I know some of my stress relates to the lack of support in my home.

I will continue to move forward. I do not see myself going backward ,but moving forward.

My congrats to you for finishing also.

well i just told yall how i finished the program and it was amazing and im going to do it again after my 2 week info vacation, and im going to gather up my support systems and do the homework i missed and all and im really looking forward to all that. said all this and then i dont know where it got to. deleted? Confused

I also have just completed the program and feel somewhat at loss and I guess unsure of what "Recovery" really is. I guess what I am at loss at what this is. When I have had my problems with Panic attacks and Generalized anxiety I have found it goes with not only mental stress but physicial stress. Both times I have experianced the above, was when I was employed and very physically active. My physician has told me both times that I would need to slow down and not work, but will that be from now on? I need to plan for the future in some way if that is what I am looking at in summary.

I enjoy taking time for the "precous moment" but I need to look ahead at the same time. Does all this make sense?
