Hi all =)

I am beginning session 5 today.

I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I do sometimes make coffee at home. I've switched to a smaller cup, so that's a good thing. The thing with exercise though, is that I don't do it. I usually don't have the motivation for it and when I wait to do it in the evening I'm usually tired and just go to bed.

Does anyone live in phases? I do. I have born again phases, which means that I suddenly am more positive and have motivation and determination to get things done. I exercise, set goals and agendas. The bad thing about this though, is that because I like immediate gratification, I get discouraged when I don't see results quickly. After several weeks of this born again phase, I fall back into a slump. How do I make it a continuing effort to keep exercising, keep motivated, and have the patience to see the end result?

Today I plan to drink more water and do some sort of exercise, even if it's 10 minutes of it.

i am the same way... I am trying to get motivated with Jillian Michaels - the trainer from biggest loser.....ordered her program
