Well I am starting week 5 and and feeling better about myself. I am very interested and excited to be going into this week. I need to lose weight and to start exercise. It is very hard for me to get into the exercise because I am having back troubles. Any suggestions out there for me in what I might be able to do?

Are you able to ride a bicycle? I started riding 5 weeks ago and just love it. Great exercise.

Hi I am new to the community and i work out regularly. I used to work out 45-60min a day 5 days a week before the birth of my son in 07'. Now when i work out in the gym if i get there 3 days i feel like crap after and and shaky and dizzy and weak. I eat before i go and i drink while i am there. Is this a part of anxiety?? I am having a really hard time dealing with such a change. I used to love working outFrowner

If you have back trouble you might try a stationary bike for exercise or swimming or water aerobics. You could also try a mini trampoline which is what I use, and it doesn't jar your joints or spine. I have one at home and I swear it's as good as running outside.

Coley, I do think it is part of your anxiety when you are exercising. Work through it and keep going it will pass.
