Based on the recommendation of Putas I have purchased the Deep Calm meditation tape which has not yet arrived. But the other day I was going through my Midwest Center box of tapes and I came across my Relaxation Tape. The first time I went through the program in May of 2001 I had a junky little tape recorder that I could hardly listen to the tapes from. Whenever I sat a particular way it would short out. The first time I went through the program I "recovered" so quickly. By tape three I had really grasped the entire program and was thankful for it's effectiveness.
Anyways it occurred to me that "this time" of going through the program I have NOT been listening to the Relaxation Tape and I am having such a more difficult time. I am so excited to go home this evening and listen to that tape and see if I can finally get to the bottom of this darn anxiety. I went to the dentist today for a cleaning and to show him that I have ground a hole right through my bite splint which I wear at night. He asked "Are you under stress?" Well I suppose you could say that. Shawn. |

I have an older version of the program and this time around I used the relaxation tape and it totally helped me. I was coming off a medication and experiencing insomnia and the tape was a godsend. Try it. I also have the Calm Down tape but I only listened to it once so far. Alot of breathing exercises on the tape and I was not very comfortable. Will try again though. Silvana |
