I haven't gotten the hang of this one yet. It seems as though I have had constant stress lately. I have OCD which I have been working hard to overcome. We are building a house & had to take it over ourselves because our builder was a shister. That has been extremly stressful. My son just started preschool & today woke up sick. For a person with Ocd this is very stressfull. I feel as if something is waiting to pounce on me at all times, I can't even relax. If I do have a good day or I am looking forward to something it seems as though something comes along (like my child getting sick) & whammys me. I feel as if I have to be on gaurd all of the time or something bad will happen. I don't know if this was the right section to post this or not but I am trying my best to not let all of the stress turn into panic attacks. It is so hard. Thanks for any input.

I know what you mean. I always seem to be on guard too because I think the second that I ease up, something bad will happen. I'm not sure if that has to do with OCD or my control issues.
