Hi Everyone!! I have been overwhelmed for a long time now and I know that is why it is taking me sooooo long to get better. I am a wife and a mother of 4, ranging from 8 to 23. I also am having a hard time getting the time and energy to spend on myself to get better. I have been very desperate to get better so I have receivee sooooooo much information on what you need to do to get better. All of this information can get overwhelming especially when you already have the problem of 1000 things going through your mind already without all this information. I have to force myyself to do one thing at a time and concentrate on that 1` thing at a time. Man is that ever hard!!! It sure is hard work getting better, but will it ever be worth it. It is supposed to take 21 days to form a new habit. Hard when it has taken me 37 years to create all these habits like worrying. Good luck everyone.
