Hello
I have finished the program now for approximately 6-8 months. It works wonders. Just one thing I havent figured out are these growth spurts and how to handle stress. Here is my stress right now. My plate is plenty full. I just moved from a house to another place only for a couple months though. As we have a house coming in June. My mother is being annoying again about me and my fiance going to visit. Finally I am getting married in June also. Right now I am feeling spaced out stressed and angry. My therapist says to have a good cry and speak my anger towards people whom make me mad and to just remember the move and the new house is exiciting and to look at is as a brand new start to my life with my fiance. I agree with that. I am still a little afraid to cry, it worries me that I will get anxiety and depression again if I do. It is one of those weird thoughts we all get. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle all this? Thanks Albertagirl |

Gee whiz! No wonder you're stressed! I remember planning my wedding - it was HORRIBLE! And getting a house! Who wouldn't be feeling as you do!
And mothers are another story! I love my mother dearly, but she drove me nuts planning "her" wedding. :-) Do your best to get enough sleep and eat right. Listen to the tapes that help you most. Try not to "react" when others drive you nuts. Deep breathing exercises work wonders. Keep in mind that this craziness in your life will be settling down after the wedding. Helen |
