Hey guys. Things are going well. I have a question...how can I measure my stress level. It's like, I just can't tell when stress is going out of control until i start to get hot flashes and stuff. I dont have racing thoughts or anything like that any more, just alot of hot flashes and fatigue and then i get pumped at night and can't hardly sleep. I dont understand this and was wondering if anyone eles has any insight or has experieinced this for themselves.
Hi-What I figured out for me was it is my thoughts that cause me stress so when things are really hectic I ask myself is this worth dying for and I say Nope so I just slow down.Also it is important to identify your own stressors and just be aware that when those times hit you are prone to the body reactions and those are the times we need to look after ourselves the most and quite often we forget and then boom along comes the body symtoms. Thanks timber. i think ur right. i have noticed that when i am faced wtih a chalenging situation the problem becomes getting a grip of myself as opposed to kactually dealing with the situation. This ia still a struggle for me....thanks for the insight.
