This sounds like a silly question but when Lucinda says to curl your toes under I'm wondering if I'm doing it right. I've been curling them down towards the back of my foot, but then she says to put your foot and toes up toward the ceiling. Should I be curling toward the front of the foot?
I know I need a life (LOL)!!!! |

I think you point your toes down as far as you can so your whloe foot curls under and stretches.

OK, but how do you then point them to the ceiling?

Take your foot and make it flat as if your tring to put your toes on your knees. Does that help? You should really feel it in the back of your legs and also yor feet.
