I have experienced anxiety througout the program... but without the fear and the panic attacks. The panic attacks occured only when I ventured outside my routines, but I wheathered the storms. Without the program, I dont know what I would have done. When I cried for help.. people who knows me thougth I was joking. I went to doctors, counselors and nothing helped. This program address the problems and gave me solutions that worked. I control my destiny. I learning to live with(not accept) the stressers. May God reward your faithfulness. I have a long road to travel ... but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I will persevere.....

Congratulations, Franklin. You are on your way. You have found that it's all about allowing and accepting. Resistance keeps us stuck. Allowing helps us to move ahead. Yes, indeed, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Great job!
