Hi Marshall, thanks for pointing this out. When I wrote that piece I meant that if you were in need of: managing symptoms-look/review 2 and 3, if negative thinking was becoming a problem that lead to a relapse-then we need to review lessons 3 and 4, if we find that a lapse occured when we were practicing our limitations and/or avoidances-chapter 8 and 15, the rest will be clearer now...
It can't hurt, as you say but for now notes are fine and DVD is fine-whatever you do will only enhance what you know.
Wow, you are almost done with this round. I went through the program 3 times...not bec. I'm slow (well maybe ), but in lesson 15 you'll hear that we recommend a 2 week information vacation and then to do the program at your own pace again. I felt even Better after that second go round (didn't think that was possible)...I heard things I thought I'd never heard before-I heard theprogram with 'recovered' ears! It was great - so you know we/us over doers...I figured if 2 times was so great -I'll do it 3 times.
I have since discovered that I needed lots of work on lesson 4 so listen to that whenever I feel the need to refresh. Lesson 14 is a yearly review for me because I think it's a great "check up" to see if I am living what I learned.
Don't be a stranger to the forum...share your wisdom, Carolyn
