Hey guys. I get so stressed out sometimes that it seems to become a way of life for me. For example, I have been anxious, but last night I relaxed. It was when I relaxed that I realized just how I anxious I had really been. In other i don't realize I am anxious sometimes until I really relax. Does this make any since. It was kind of hard for me to explain. How do you guys learn to relax even when you have a million things to do and several people counting on you?

you have to make time EVERY day set aside for relaxation. Think of it as time needed to replenish your stress busters!! Big Grin
