okay, if i go back to work, and finally start doing for myself instead of having others do it, where i will feel i have a purpose, is this a plus towards having balance in my life. i am the type of person who needs a busy day, but would love to add yoga/meditation as a form of relaxation, to help keep my mind off the negatives.

Hey, why go back to work if you don't have to? Find somethings that you really love to do..if yoga is your things, do it!!! I found photography is my hidden passion...so although I own my own company with my husband, I have taught my oldest daughter, and my other employees to do some of my work, so I can take some time for myself in my dark room..it's my own special place..I never thought I deserved such a place before, but boy waw I wrong. We do deserve special things for ourselves...we are always doing for others, now it's our turn!!!
