Lists, lists and more lists.

  • Write a list each morning of what you realisticly need to do that day starting with the most important and enclude the estimated time of day to do and the amount of time it may take.
  • Check off as the task is completed.
  • Write list first thing in the morning or in the evening before.
  • Write separate lists of goals for the seven day week, one month and next six months.
  • Keep in a organizer or on the fridge.
  • Plan rewards for accomplishments.

Basic but rewarding. Always focus on what you accomplish and not what you haven't been able to do that day.

I HAVEN'T GOT THE TAPES YET..JUST STARTING OUT...BUT THIS SOUNDS LIKE AWSOME ADVICE. I HAVE DONE THE WRITE DOWN THING FOR NEXT DAY...AND SOMETIMES IT WORKS...OTHER TIMES I WAKE UP FEELING SO GROGGY, IT TAKES ME FOREVER TO GET AWAKE..AND HALF MY DAYS GONE BEFORE I EVEN REMEMBER THAT I MADE A LIST OF THINGS TO DO....PRETTY SILLY HUH
THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTION..THOUGH
