I celebrated my 50th birthday.... last week I was in shock ... I did not know how to respond ... to be happy that I lived to be a half-century or to be reminded I am one step closer to the other side of the mountain. That same week I went into a tunnel to go to a lecture... I had some anxiety but mild panic attack ... I was proud of myself to confront one of my greatest fears.... I have anxiety but my panic attacks are subsiding..... I will find time for myself . I will persevere.....
