Would you rather be worried about being perfect or enjoying your imperfections?

I feel that alot of the time the problem with to-do lists is the name. It is as if these things on the list are things we absolutely have to do or else we feel bad about ourselves. This makes things really overwhelming and why would we want to make our lives overwhelming? So I've come up with a new name for the list which has helped me. I've decided to call this list my "Things I can accomplish that'll make me feel better about myself" list. This way I can feel good about each thing that I do get done and not have to worry about feeling bad for not completely finishing it. The key is to look at what you have and what you've done instead of looking at what you don't have and what you haven't gotten done.
