hello georgie, I am sorry I didn't notice you topic sooner. I am having some difficulties with this also. The main thing I have found is that before I didn't even put into thought of breaking down the day. It just started in the morning and I waited until evening. Now I have paid more attention to morning, and at noon it is time to slow and give reflect time. I think they are talking about looking at your up times and doing more then and on your down or not so hip times doing more relaxed type activities (phone calls, writing etc)
