I have just completed lesson 13 and feel a great improvement on how I feel. The mornings seem to be the worst; however, I have learned to get up as soon as I wake up and feel good. If I lay in bed to long, It seems as though sadness and depression start to crept up on me. After I get out of bed and start moving around, The balance seems to come and I feel better by applying my skills. Does anyone else still feel this ?way.

You are doing exactly what Claire Weekes said to do in her book. Get up and get moving. I am glad you are feeling alot better.

I still have felt "funky" in the mornings or anytime that I have a bit of idol time on my hands. That's when we start obsessing about how we are feeling and "what-if"ing stuff. Hang in there and keep reminding yourself that you are doing well, have the skills you need, and are a wonderful sensitive person

I start off slow in the AM and have seen that pattern with people here on the forum.
I think that if we spring up and have a place to go or a chore to do we don't have time to sit around and (over) analyze our body symptoms: distractions. ------------------ Don't take anything personally. Always be impecable with your word. Don't assume anything. Always do your best! |
