get regular checkups with your doctor,to reassure yourself, maybe get a blood pressure monitor if that would make you more compfortable .Its always been known that stress can kill you thats old news people fight off stress everyday. Its all treatable. Its a part of life period. You know i use to worry about my heart beating so fast but i read somewhere that an adult heart can beat up to 188 times a minute without breakdown, take your pulse once in a while when your feeling like its moving fast and i bet your not even close to that.atheletes and people who do cardio excersizes are healthy right suppose to be good for you to get your heart rate up while excersizing .Go to your doctor or gym and find out what your heartbeat range should be for your weight age ect. i bet your at ease after that.If you feel stressed deal with it if you dont than dont worry about it .A checkup always makes me feel better

hi its me again ,sometimes the medication your on can cause slight heart palpitations,it use to with me and im fine. However im not a doctor and if you really want a peace of mind just go ok...youll feel so much better when your questions are answered.Write down every question you have about the physical feelings you have from the anxiety and bring it with you to your doctor that way you dont forget when your on the spot,Doctors like that cuz its easier to read it than sometimes figuring out what we say out loud, alot of times i have anxiety at the doctors and cant talk well so this helps me alot.good luck again ...Niecy

Because of a recent diagnosis of high blood pressure, I have to admit that remark freaks me out too. It's one thing to go to a doctor and have him tell you everything is fine. It's another thing to have him tell you that you have developed a "risk factor" that you think could be related to anxiety. ARGHHHH I hate this obssesive thinking.
