Hey on another post Schnauzermom mentioned a program that you could use instead of typing. Sounds very efficient cuz sometimes it takes awhile to write journals and maybe its more theraputic actually hearing yourself say stuff instead of writing it. I was trying to look it up on google.com but i just didn't know how to phrase it. Does anybody know what the name of the program is or knows what to use as search words for it?

I stumbled upon your post  .Glad I found it. How about this for starters...Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 Preferred Speech Recognition by Nuance Communications, Inc. You can search by googling "speech recognition software". The software works like a dictaphone. You will not be able to listen back to it like a tape, it will just type your words out. Have fun!
