Is anyone else out there having problems finding the time or should I say making the time to do all the things that it says to in the program? Is it alright just to focus on one thing and do it until it becomes routine for me or what? I've already been through the program once and I'm trying to get back into it a second time. I remember how I would forget what I was doing the week before when I would move on to the next week and all of it's suggestions. I don't know if I am making sense or not. I have found that I can do my best relaxing and thinking in a warm bubble bath. I journaled in the tub last night and it seemed to work good for me. I am so totally relaxed in the water. I can't wait till summer so I can go swimming more often. Anyway, if anyone has any tips on time management, please drop in a reply.
