The process of self-esteem is an individual process. The process of self-esteem is a constant process. My friends searching for hope, know that I have done it! This Christmas will be two years ago that I got the program. I am currently reworking it but am content with my life in the mean time and have an insatiable appetite and skill for relaxing. My friends, this Christmas, take your family and friends, your faith and you frustrations, and hold them tight. Know that you are a wonderful, incredible, self-assured, confident human being. If you are not where you wanna be, know that these are just habits you want to change, not a reflection of your true self. Your true self nver changes my friend. Oh how excited I am that we can share int this journey. I like to drop in every once in awhile and remind everyone that this process, this goal, is awesome and attainable. Good luck on your journeys and happy holidays.

thanks so much for your input today. I have been in a lot of programs, made a lot of recovery from addictions. But your statement about our true self never changes really spoke to me today.
Right now I am living with my elderly mother and am supposed to be helping her, but i get edgy, forget about me, do not work the program and have not made a special time to do that. I need to make time to be with my true self!!!
Thanks for your very positive and uplifting input today.
Bless you..
