I had a lapse awhile back, thinking i was changing only to find out,, i was putting off doing something i fear because i just flat didnt have the courage to face this particular fear... Then it hit me!!! JUST DO IT!!! stopping over thinking and overanalyizing,, and put what you have learned to the test!!!
and guess what????? IT WORKS!!!! DO IT NOW, instead of thinking about it, or expecting it, or what ifing it,, JUST DO IT, AND DO IT NOW!!! IT WORKS!!! take care Nelly
