hi everyone,,, I am still afraid to give up my zoloft. I feel pretty good now but would like to go through the program again. Should I give up the zoloft?

Go through the program again then go to your dr. and discuss going off your med. If you decide he will instruct you how to taper off. do not go off your med. all at once. Take care.
