Is anyone else having a hard time cutting out the caffene and sugar? I did realy good the first week but today I drunk two 24oz Mt. Dews.

you may just crave the sugar. Try, at least, to pick a soft drink that is caffeine free.

I have been trying no to eat sugars, like cookies,,, its hard but I guess we have to keep up trying to avoid them... Good luck

I definitely have that problem.
I don't drink as much caffeine when I'm not at school (semester just ended), so till mid-January, I'll be ok there. As for junk food, I don't want to say that I can't stop eating it, but I sure don't want to.
I mean, I don't see it as a problem. Maybe that's because I don't have panic attacks often though.

I have a serious addiction to Vernors - a kind of ginger ale - which doesn't have caffeine, but is loaded w/sugar. I tried diet, and felt ill. What I'm trying now is diluting it w/water, and being atleast mindful of drinking the pop -- keep trying
