During work today I knew what I wanted to get done by the end of the day and did everything to make it work. About mid afternoon I was starting to see that it wasn't going to get done and I started to panic,I coundn't focus,couldn't hardly think straight and didn't realy know what to do next. So I just stood there,started to do the slow breathing exercise and then say to my self this will pass. Unbelivably it work.Even though I didn't meet my personal deadline I sure felt better at the end of the day. Has anyone else felt like this?

I do. It's good you used the breathing exercise. I knew at this program but it is already working. It's hard to believe that self talk and breathing exercises actually helps. Good job.

I am so glad that you could use the relaxation and breathing to your advantage. That should help alot in day to day activities.
