Just sending greetings to everyone in Week 2 of the program. I should be in week 4 or 5, but I procrastinated in getting started. I'm trying not to see this as a miracle cure but a life change. I'm determined to follow the program and make this work. Comments?

Greetings.

I am on week two right now, will be ready to start week three on Sunday. Week to has helped me a lot. One thing I started telling myself is that I am getting better and better everyday.
I am really learning to have positive self talk.

I am behind, too. I've just realized that I have suffered with anxiety and panic. Isn' it strange that I am 58 and no doctor has ever diagnosed this.

Sheilo-I haven't wanted to go out of the house this week at all. I have gone out but only when I had to. I have been in all week and feeling sad. I need to listen to some prior sessions also.

I have been battling anxiety, depression, and panic attacks for 24 yrs and I'm only 34! Two years ago I made it to week 6 and felt so much better. I gave up, I think it was because I was feeling great. Now, I'm right back to where I started. What I'm saying is don't give up, finish the program and always have it if you need a refresher. I am going to start week 3 tomorrow. This time I will stay on track. I am tired of depression, panic and anxiety! Let's do this!!!!

I am on week two and when I felt stalled I called my dearest friend and she showed up held me accountable then took me to lunch. I think one option is having that good friend that will walk with you that you can count on. I have also at times come here posted or read others posts to see what they have done. I refuse to lose this battle one more time. Good Luck to everyone....I agree with the last post Lets do this!!!!!! Remember when I have a bad day you can help me and when you have a bad day maybe I can help you.
