HI everyone on Lucinda tapes she said alchol being a stimulant when talking with the other ppl on tapes im confused i thought Alchol is a relaxant coffee is a stimulant? just wanted to clear that up thanks IM

I took it to mean anything we put in our bodies that alters the natural state. That said, I'm still drinking coffee and alcohol. Not at the saem time.
