Has anyone in here taken Zoloft? I ordered the program today, But I was wondering if I should take meds. to get me through the next few months. Or should I just do it without. I just notice that th emore I talk about getting over this the more nervous I get. Any suggestions?

I'm curious about this subject myself. I'm unable to afford the program at the present and my doctor prescribed me Zolof last month but I took one pill and my DH went ballistic about the "nerve pills". He's part of my problem with the stress I deal with.

I say if you can hold out without taking any meds for a good month on the program to give it a wait and see. Remember to take BABY STEPS and celebrate every victory you have no matter how small they are.
