I talked to a holistic healer today and she told me this course was more or less archaic and in the 60`s technology. She said that we store toxics in major areas of our body like the liver, etc., and that they may be stored in those areas for a long time. No verbal communication is going to rid these poisons and do the job. I also saw my doctor today and he told me he did not agree and that the body is a fantastic machine and with proper treatment, eating and exercise, that the body would accomplish the removal of these toxics. The healer did make a little bit of sense. Can anybody tell me what they may know. I personally am going to stict Lucinda`s program. Thx. P

Pavolino,

I believe that this program will help you with anxiety, panic, and depression as well as phobias.

However, I also believe that we can get a build up of toxins in the body that can make us sick.

I would say to stick with this program because you will learn the skills you need to overcome your anxiety and panic. But if you want to detoxify your body then go ahead.

I would recommend that you do some research on how to do a detoxification at home. There is stuff you can buy in the health food stores that's suppose to work very well. I have heard that it helps keep the body healthy.

I believe that we need to drink more water.
Think of your body as a sponge...what happens if you never give it a rinse??

I wonder why it is necessary to be "one or the other " . Can we do both, if it all makes sense?

Wisdom will never go out of fashion. "Archaic"? "60's"? Frankly, I don't know much about the 60's at all. But even if the program is "60's-like", then what? It doesn't matter, does it, as long as it works?

Now, if we do store toxins in the liver, for example, positive self-talk probably wouldn't thoroughly detoxify. In that case, a bit of herbal or even water ( a lot of water ) would help.

I am also looking into holistic, natural healing. I want to be able to choose when to use pharmaceutical or medical methods, when to use less invasive methods for wellness, and sickness. May be we can compare notes, Pavolino. It's great that you took the initiative to talk to a healer. Thanks for sharing the information.

Um....I'll stick with the program for anxiety but if you are interested in ridding yourself of toxins just for the Health of it (ha ha) this is a very good product.

If they have some great way to heal you of panic and depression in a short period of time and with limited cost involved, please, please tell us about it.

I regret not buying this program 10 years earlier when my doctors told me and my husband not to waste our money on it. They didn't want me to be disappointed.

10 years later, two hospital stays, years living on drugs and in fears I finally bought the program and have taken control of my life.

First, if you decide to buy the program you don't owe anyone an explaination and/or get their permission.

There is not anything the program suggests anyone do that is dangerous. The program suggests a methodical way to take back control of our lives and get in good physical and mental condition.

I want to thank everyone for their imput. I feel the course does have it`s merits and so does holistic healing. Everyone is a little different and it depends on what works you.Of course, exercise, proper diet, spiritual beliefs, this course, and meds used when necessary, are all part of it. I hope everyone stays strong in their faith and takes the path God sends them on for peace.
