I live in San Bernadino County. I take no meds whatsoever. I stopped taking meds in June of this year. I took meds for about 8 months, then I decided I had to at least try and conquer the anxiety with my mind. I have taken Ativan, Buspirone(dont remember how it is spelled), and Paxil Cr.
Hopefully I will be able to never have to take medication for anxiety again, but if one day in the future I decide I may need it, I am not going to beat myself up about it.
