I have been on Lexapro for about 3 months and
sometimes I have these awful thoughts come to my
mind. I was on Paxil before and this didn't
happen. I consider myself a good person and I am
a Christian. I will cuss in my thoughts for no
reason. Has anyone else experienced this?
I know this sounds crazy but I just need to know if its the medicine.

You've been on meds for 12 weeks, I would assume any side effects you have had would have already come and gone, but I am not sure. I would most certainly discuss this with a qualified doctor who specializes in these types of drugs. ( Psychiatrist)
If you feel that something is wrong, then go see someone about it, perhaps this med is not right for you. Not everyone has the same experience with the same meds.
