Thanks everyone for the headache things to try. Ally, for the Bath & Body Works product, is that something you can find in a store or do you have to order it? I've never heard of it before, but I'd like to try it.
Thanks

One small star,
I bought it right in the store about 6 months ago. They have a whole aromotherapy section. You could call just to be sure. They may have it online as well. Good luck!

Hello,

I recently purchased and read "The Diet Cure - The 8-Step Program to Rebalance Your Body Chemistry and End Food Cravings, Weight Problems, and Mood Swings - Now" by Julia Ross, M.A.

This deals extensively with Amino Acids and diet as they relate to mood, weight, and energy levels.

I highly recommend this book!

Just recently I ordered a book by Janet Maccaro called "Breaking the grip of dangerous emotions"
This book included EVERYTHING you want to know about natural alternatives to helping your body symptoms in your recovery. She even includes dosage amounts. She is an expert in
women's health and nutrition. She holds a PHD in Holistic Nutrition and a degree in Naturopathy.

She has personally experienced the painful grip of panic, anxiety and depression and shares just how she overcame it using natural alternatives for her body and mind and also THE MIDWEST CENTER program! She too has used the MWC program and shares about them in her book.

Check it out! You won't be disappointed.

This book has been posted in other threads in the forum but I had to add it here since it includes EVERYTHING you want to know about alternative remedies.

The book Sunset mentioned included this company http://www.painstresscenter.com/ as a means to finding those "natural" alternatives. It is a very helpful site and I've ordered a few of things from there myself. Smiler

grateful,

I'd love to know what products you are going to try! I'd love to try something myself to help correct any brain/body imbalance because I still experience great fatigue. This is the one thing that causes me anxiety!!! LOL I am hoping that perhaps by replenishing my brain and body by following a good routine, I'll be feeling better. You don't know how many times I have said to myself "if I only felt better, if I was only more alert and awake".... Perhaps a supplement is all I need now to add to all the wonderful skills that I've learned here in the program.

I'd love to know what you chose and how it works for you!!
