My asthma medicine causes a me a lot of anxiety symptons.It really speeds the body and heart up.What can I do to not let them bother me so much?Does inhaled steroids cause alot of anxiety?
Please let me know.I know albuterol really shakes me up.But if a person has to take the meds will the program still work?

I believe that if you know the asthma meds make you more anxious then you know you are OK. It's a side effect of the medication!!

The program will help you to think properly about your anxiety but it won't take it away especially if you have anxiety caused by a medication.

I would definately tell your doctor that your medication is making you uncomfortably anxious and see what he can offer you then.
